Bench session

Warm up ; Light Band / db movements

Bench: 2 x 20 x Bar
           95 x 10
           2 x 5 x 135
           195 x 5
           235 x 4
           275 x 3
           315 x 2
           350 x 1.....hmmmm, felt heavy
           315 x 8..... didn't push it

Incline Bench: 2 x 10 x 225
Seated Behind the neck press: 2 x 10 x some weight
Skull crushers : 2 x 12 x some weight

Wasn't a bad session nor was it good.Still feeling the effects from going ape shit on squats Sunday
