Behind the neck press: 2 x 10 x bar
75 x 5
95 x 4
115 x 3

Close grip pull ups: 3 x 5
One arm db rows: 110 x 20

Ehh... started low carb yesterday. Energy level was low , cant say if was due to only taking 30 grams today. Or maybe it was just a mental thing at this point. I've decided just to go back to BTNP , since for me I feel they are more beneficial for me then regular standing OHP.
