warm up: light band movements ,stretching.
Behind the neck press: 3 x 10 x 155
Shrugs: 3 x 10 x 405
Band pull downs: 4 x 20
EZ arm curls: 3 x 12 x some weight
band push downs: 100 reps
That was it...
