Close grip Bench: 225 x 12 / 225 x 6.....Triceps were feeling fired on last set
Behind the neck press: 2 x 10 x some weight
Medium band push downs: 60 / 20 / 20
Not a bad session, considering my left shoulder and tricep has been bothering me .
